Terms of Service

PlayerRank ("we", "us") operates a fan engagement platform where users can make voluntary, one-time payments ("votes") to show public support for professional football players. By using this service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Not gambling or betting

PlayerRank is not a gambling, betting, or wagering service. A vote is a direct, non-refundable financial contribution that expresses support for a player. It does not create any chance-based outcome, does not pay out winnings, and does not confer any prize, financial return, or ownership interest to the person who votes. The only outcome of a vote is that the voted-for player's position on our public leaderboard may change.

2. No relationship with players or clubs

Players featured on PlayerRank have not endorsed, sponsored, or authorized this platform unless explicitly stated. Votes are not paid to players, clubs, or leagues — they are processed and retained by PlayerRank as described in our pricing and revenue model published separately.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and charged in Euros (EUR). Votes are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except as required by applicable law or Stripe's own dispute processes. Bidding is incremental: each new vote for a player must push that player's running total higher than it already is (for example, if a player has already reached €21, the next vote for them must be at least €22).

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a payment on PlayerRank.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use PlayerRank for money laundering, fraud, or to circumvent payment card network rules. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any transaction we reasonably believe violates these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
